Oil & Grease Control in Hotel Kitchen
Background
A major five star hotel near Mumbai airport was spending considerable money in drain and grease trap maintenance and problems with back-ups .The grease trap had a 6-inch (15-cm)grease cap,in spite of the fact that the trap had been cleaned only weeks before ,and the hotel was using a product for removal the grease. They even added aeration to the grease trap, but the grease cap was still accumulating.(fig).
TECHNOZYME™ GT Result-
Within 15 days most of the grease cake was digested. The airline was falling through the softened grease. Summary of the result is as follows
